Andrew McGilligan writes in the New Brunswick Telegraph-Journal, "Ask most players in their National Hockey League draft year what they think about it and you get the same answers. 'I don't really think about.' 'I just go out and play my game and let the rest take care of itself.' Nice statements, but not altogether believable. Getting drafted would be a high-point in their career and it's hard to imagine that it's not on their minds. Saint John Sea Dogs defenceman Yann Sauve is eligible for the NHL draft this summer and admits to feeling the heat at times. The 18-year-old is projected as a late first, early second-round pick. His combination of size, speed and skill made him the first overall pick in the 2006 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League draft and the expectations have been building ever since."
